Terms & Conditions
Once the initial order
payment is received, the production will take
place. For any reason if we could not satisfy
you as per your sample we will ex-change it or
we will refund you full cost after you send us
back the rejected items. The rejected item
should be verified by both parties with
satisfaction reason then only it will be
approved for return and exchange. Please
understand that the cost of shipment will bear
by the buyers.
Order can be confirmed with the pre-approval of
the samples. To confirm the order, the 60%
advance payment should be transferred and 40%
amount should pay before the shipment form
Nepal.
The quote price is FOB Kathmandu and shipment
charge is extra.
Deliver or manufacturing time can be fixed at
the time of order confirmation.
Manufacturing and Delivery Period
1-4 weeks for fresh manufacture (Depends on
quantity and design). Delivery period is with in
a week if the shipment is by DHL/UPS. |
